Mango Pie the taste of snack


Mango pie is one the most nutritious food and delicious food in the world. This fantastic preparation can be done at home. The preparations are given below. 

Ingredients:


  • Mango pulp- 3 cups
  • Unflavored gelatin-3 envelopes
  • Sour cream- 3 cups
  • Cheese cream-8 Oz
  • Boiling water-3 cups
  • Sugar- 1 cup
  • Pie crusts

Method to prepare:
Take a large bowl and dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Now Blend cheese cream, sugar and gelatin mixture fold the sour cream. Add all the mango pulp and stir well. Pour the mixture into pie crusts and refrigerate for 4 hours. Slice it neatly and serve happily.

Taste the difference of Mutton cooked in Mustard oil

      Mutton is a delicious food if the preparation goes in a fantastic way. The recipe will move on great with best paratha, chapattis and more. The mouth watering mutton dishes are an ideal combination of biriyani, dosas. Better cook the food in pressure cooker so that the mutton will become tender and juicy.
Ingredients:
·         Mutton ½ inch pieces of bone
·         Mustard seeds
·         Dry red chillies
·         Fenugreek seeds
·         Cumin seeds
·         Fennel seeds
·         Cloves
·         Cumin seeds
·         Onions chopped
·         Ginger chopped
·         Garlic chopped
·         Tumeric powder
·         Red chilli powder
·         Salt
·         Tomatos chopped
·         Lemon juice
·         Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method:
·         Dry the red chilies, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, cloves,mustard seeds
           in separate.
·         Heat the mustard oil in the pan allow it to smoke point and cool it tehn heat it back .
·         Saute the onions till golden brown
·         Add ginger , garlic and allow it to saute
·         Add the ground masala powder
·         Cook for half a minute stirring all the time.
·         Add the mutton cook on the high heat with mutton pieces
·         Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric and mix well.
·         Cook the oil till it leaves
·         Add two or 3 cup of water boil it and cover
·         Add Tomatos cook on medium heat for ten minutes till golden brown and stir it
            occationally
·         Add lemon juice at the last and mix well.
·         Serve hot with coriander leaves.
