Crunchy Potato Chicken

This chicken will be very tasty if it is added with bread crumbs. Let us see the real recipe that can be prepared in an easy way by simple methods.

Ingredients:-

  • Thin sliced chicken cutlets- 1 pound
  • Milk – ¼ cup
  • Potato chips- ¼ bag
  • Ground black pepper fresh
  • Paprika- ½ tsp
  • Egg-1
Method to Prepare:-
Before you start this process preheat the oven into 400 degree F.Now you can trim all the chicken breasts and egg with adding milk together in a good shallow bowl. Now you can fold over the top of the potato chip crush all the chips with a rolling pin. Now you can dip all the chicken mixture inside the egg and drop one by one at the potato chip bag.

Now you can fold over the top and make the bag a quick shake so that you can arrange the coated chicken on the greased baking sheet. After you have coated all the chicken pieces so that you can arrange top fully. Now you can sprinkle all the fresh ground  black pepper and paprika. Bake the chicken neatly for 20 minutes until they are golden brown.

Delicious Posto Chicken

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken- 1kg
  • Salt
  • Onion medium-8
  • Green chilies- 7
  • Tomatoes-7
  • Posto - ¼th cup
  • Water- ½ cup
  • Oil- 4 tsp
  • Boro elaanch- 2

Method to Prepare:-

You should cut all the chicken pieces in to small and wash well till they are completely clean. Mix the salt and keep the mixture aside. Chop the onions into small pieces and thin slices. You can slit some green chilies. Put all the tomatoes inside when it is ready to cook. Now you can grind all the posto with ½ cup of water. If you want you can add a little more water into this pan. 

Grind some green chilies and salt for better taste. Now you can take the kadai add all the chicken pieces and also add onions inside. Cook all the mixture in a low flame. Add all tomatoes inside the kadai. Now boil the whole mixture in low flame and after some time the chicken will retrieve some liquid in the mixture after that add some sale and cardamoms.

Add all the posto for about 3 or 4 tablespoon of the paste that are enough to boil. Do not add water more. Add water if needed and take care of the heat with good boil temperature. Serve hot with chapatti and naan.

Fish Cooked With Yoghurt

Ingredients:-

Rohu/Rui- ½ lb

Main Substitutes:-

  • Red snapper
  • Halibut
  • Cod
  • Haddock
  • Sword fish

Other Ingredients:-

  • Onion- ½ medium
  • Mustard oil – 3 tsp
  • Cardamom – 4
  • Cloves-4bay leaves- 3
  • Cinnamon-2 pcs
  • Sugar- 1 tsp
  • Yoghurt- 3 tsp
  • Water- 5 cups
  • Golden raisins- 1tsp
  • Red chilly powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Ginger- 1 tsp
  • Green chillies-3 

Method to Prepare:-
Wash and clean the fish neatly .Take some turmeric, salt, on the fish and keep it aside for marinate for 10 minutes. Take some onions inside and make a paste and set aside this mixture. It is good to discard the cardamom skin out and keep it aside. Take a large pan and fry all the fish on the both the ends for better fry. After that wrap the fish in paper towel and keep ready to use it. 

In the same time add all the bay leaves, cardamom, and onion paste, green chilly and salt and ground cloves for better taste. Mix and cook all the ingredients for 3 minutes. Now you can add ginger, turmeric, red chilly powder, sugar and mix all the ingredients well. Now you can smooth the yoghurt with 2 tablespoon of water you can now turn the flame slowly and add yoghurt to the pan till it becomes good.

 If you mixed the mixture or one time then you can turn back the flame and add raisins. Cook well until the oil gets separated. After the whole mixture is done add the fish gently. After that cook both sides of the fish and mix warm water for 2 cups and also gently mix the masala to the water .Increase the flame for 7 minutes after that you can serve hot with chapatti or rice.

Yummy Sweet Potato

  • Sweet potato- 4 cups (cubed)
  • White sugar- ½ cup
  • Eggs beaten- 2
  • Salt  – 1 tsp
  • Butter- 4 tsp
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Vanilla – ½ tsp
  • Brown sugar- ½ cup
  • Flour – 1/3 cup
  • Butter– 3 tsp
  • Pecans– ½ cup
                                                                   
Method to Prepare:-
Heat the oven for 325 degrees F.Now add all the potatoes inside .Cut all the potatoes in medium size sauce pan with water and cover .Cover the mixture at medium heat and add water to cover the whole mixture. After that drain the whole potato and mash them properly. In a large bowl add all the sweet potatoes, white sugar, salt, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla extract.

Mix the whole ingredient well until it gets smooth. Now you can transfer the whole ingredient in the baking dish. Now take a  medium bowl and mix brown sugar and flour for better finish .Cut all the butter well and make the mixture to get good coarse. Stir in the pecans. Sprinkle the whole mixture over the sweet potato. Now you can bake them for 30 minutes after the toppings are lightly brown.

Liver Roll Recipe

Liver roll can be prepared in easy way by adding good ingredients inside. This non vegetarian food is very delicious to eat and very tasty also. 

Ingredients:-
  • Liver- 200gms
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves- ¼ cup
  • Garlic flakes- 20
  • Onions-2
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Pepper – 2 tsp
  • Flour- 1 cup

Method to Prepare:-
Chop all the onions and garlic separately for better taste. Now you can take the liver and wash well. After that cut the liver into small pieces. Now you can take the frying pan and heat with minimum oil. Now after the pan gets heated well you can add garlic, pepper, turmeric and sauté well until the raw smell disappears. Now you can put all the liver pieces inside and cover and cook for ¾. 

Now you can add some salt for taste and cook well for three minutes. Now you remove the flame and add chopped onions, coriander leaves lemon juice for instant taste. Mix all the ingredients well and keep it aside. Now you can add the flour and add wheat flour to a big bowl and mix well until it gets smooth. Make good dough by adding curd into the mixture by adding little water. From this dough you cam make chapattis .Make sure that that chapattis are very thin that can be prepared in tawa. 

Apply oil on both sides of the chapatti for best cooking style. When all the chapatti is clearly done you can keep some liver mixture inside and roll them off. Serve hot with puthina chutney.

Tuna curry


Tuna curry is the best curry that can be prepared easily at home.

Ingredients:
  • Tuna oil- 500gms
  • Coconut grated- 1 cup
  • Chopped ginger and garlic- 1 tsp
  • Tamarind paste – 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder- 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Onion-1
  • Green chillies-4
  • Water – ½ cup 
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt


Method to Prepare:

Now chop the onions and green chilies. Take a good blender of coconut and ginger garlic paste, green chilies, onion, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, and make a fine paste. You can add a little bit water if you are required. 

Now you can take the pan and pour water into it add the paste with water, tamarind paste and curry leaves. Mix well and let be boil for sometime. Now you can remove tuna from the cans and drain off the oil and put all the fish inside. Sprinkle salt cover and cook for six minutes and serve.

  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Peppercorns – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1 pinch
  • Coriander leaves-  ½ cup
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Salt

Method to prepare:-
Take the chicken and clean neatly and make it thin slices on all the sides and keep the chicken pieces aside. Now you can make a good blend of chopped onions, coriander leaves, chopped green leaves, ginger garlic paste, peppercorns, turmeric and salt. Grind them well and make a good paste of this mixture. Now you can take some chicken pieces and add the paste to it. 

Marinate the whole mixture for one hour. Now you can take a good frying pan and pour the oil into the pan and make a good fry. Now after that add the chicken pieces in the oil and fry for few minutes. Then after that cover the whole mixture for another four minutes.  Garnish the whole mixture with coriander leaves and onion slices.

  • Fresh cream- 1 tsp

Method to prepare: 

Cut some chicken pieces into small slice sand add curd, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, lemon juice and onion paste inside. Mix all these ingredients together and marinate the whole mixture for half an hour. Now take the kadai and add some butter into it. Add all the chicken pieces into the whole mixture and then marinate the whole mixture in overnight.

Now take the frying pan and add chicken to the entire paste and cook for 25 minutes. After the water gets evaporated there will be enough fate left in the pan. Fry that chicken in the after for another five minutes. Remove the flame and keep the mixture aside. Now again take the pan and heat with medium heat add red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and saute neatly. Then after that add all the chicken pieces, ginger and green chills inside.

Mix all the ingredient swell and cook for 15 minutes. Garnish the whole mixture with coriander leaves, fresh cream, butter flakes to serve.

Okra Fry

Ingredients: -
  • Bendakaya – ¼ kg
  • Onion-1
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Garlic cloves – 5
  • Dry red chillies-2
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp 
  • Curry leaves – 1 
  • Salt 
  • Cooking oil – 1 ½ tsp.

Method to Prepare:-

  • Now take some okra and cut the tail and the head portion wash the okra neatly and then allow drying for few minutes.
  • Heat the oil in the pan. Now after the oil gets heated in a fine way add some mustard seeds low the flame and add cumin seeds and make them to appear in brown color.
  • Add curry leaves and garlic cloves, red chilies and stir them well for few minutes.
  • Now you can add chopped onions and sauté well till it gets transparent. Now you can add turmeric and make the okra sauté for few minutes.
  • Now you can reduce this mixture to low flame and add yogurt or lemon juice into it and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes to get instant taste.
  • Reduce the flame well and then you can watch the okra getting soft. This preparation will be taken about 20 minutes to finish. Now you can add salt into the mixture.

Now mix the sugar, margarine, honey baking soda, egg and make a fine cake. Now after this process is over bake the ingredient for 12 minutes in a greasy form for better results. 

Cool down the whole mixture for few minutes. Now you can whip the whites and then add sugar and after that add yolks and whip the cream well. 

Bake the whole mixture for 25 minutes. Now you can cool down the whole mixture and sprinkle the mixture with lemon juice.

  • Garam masala-1 tsp
  • Tortillas few

Method to Prepare:-

Now chop all the onions and tomatoes each separately. Now take a frying pan and heat well in an oil. Put all the chopped onions till it gets golden brown. Add some ginger garlic paste till the raw smell gets out of the smell. Now add all the chicken pieces inside with tomatoes. Now fry all the ingredients with chilly powder and salt for best taste with garam masala.

Take the washed out fish, salt and turmeric and then mix well for 15 minutes. Now allow the fish to fry into pieces and now you can drain them and keep aside. Now grind all the coriander leaves, garlic and ginger with green leaves. Now heat some oil in the pan by adding masala and fry well till the oil gets separately. Now add all the tomatoes, methi seeds and powder masalas and fry well till the oil begins to float on the top. Add a cup of water. Finger Millet Sweet Dish Without Coconut


Finger millet is prepared with coconut. But now we are going to prepare an excellent dish that can be prepared without coconut. Here the preparation details are given below. 

Ingredients:-

  • Finger Millet-1 cup
  • Jaggery-1 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Cardamom powder- 1/2tsp

Method to Prepare:
It is good to soak finger millet in the water for 3 hours. Remove this mixture from the water or drain it and then grind well in the mixer along with 2 or 3 cups of water. Filter this mixture using the clean and thin cloth. It is good to allow the solution to get settled for about 2 or 3 hours. Discard the water that will are standing above. Cook the pate well in the thick bottom pan after it gets mixed with jaggery and milk.  Go on with stirring till it will get coked. Mix the cardamom powder and coat with the flat plate coated with the ghee. Allow the mixture to get cool well. Cut the sweet dish with the knife and shape with sizes according to your choice. Serve with great enjoyment.

Now mix all eth cream and lemon juice .Remove the pan from the heat and keep it covered for 2 minutes.

Watch Out the Taste of Chicken Pickle


Chicken pickle is the right choice for your dish. Accompany the different taste of flavors in non vegetarian dish. This recipe is very different and easy to prepare. 

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken pieces-8
  • Fenugreek seeds-½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
  • Turmeric power- ½ tsp
  • Dry red chillies-4
  • Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
  • Mustard seeds-2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds- 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder- 2tsp
  • Onions large -2 cut into pieces
  • Tomato puree- 1 cup
  • Lemon juice-1 tsp
  • Water – ½ cup
  • Cooking oil/mustard oil-2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves chopped

Method to Prepare: -
Take a good pan and heat the oil well add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel, fenugreek, onion seeds, whole dry red chilly and then sauté this mixture for few seconds. Add the onions well and fry till it becomes golden brown. After the frying process is over add transfer the bowl leaving the oil in the pan. Now take the same pan and add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilly powder and sauté the whole ingredients well for few minutes. Now add all the chicken pieces and fry on high level for about 2 minutes. Add some water and bring the mixture to boil for some time. Cover and cook the ingredients for 20 minutes. And also make sure that oil gets separated from the pan and the chicken gets cooked well in the pan. Now add tomato puree and then fry this mixture for a few seconds. Now add all the fried onions well and add some salt to taste mix well. Stir well with some lemon juice. Sauté well. Garnish well with coriander leaves to get excellent taste and flavor. This pickle will be very tasty if it is served with rice and Indian bread.

Dry Fish Pickle

  • Dry fish cut into pieces- ½ kg
  • Sesame oil- 1 cup
  • Mustard powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder- 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder- 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic sliced- 1 tsp
  • Ginger- 1 tsp
  • Gutmeg powder- ¼ tsp

Method to Prepare:-
Take some fishes of good kind .Wash the fish neatly and allow the fish to get dry. Now take some turmeric and salt rub well for sometimes and keep aside. Heat the pan with oil added and fry the fish with the salt and turmeric added. Fry the fish until it gets golden brown. Keep it aside for few minutes and heat rest of the oil in a separate pan until this mixture gets smoky and turn off the stove. To this mix add all the salt with the rest of the ingredients and then turn off the stove. Now cook the contents well and keep it in the tight container.

Delicious Mouthwatering Herb Chicken Soup


Boneless chicken always adds flavor in all dishes. By adding the right herbs inside the chicken you can enjoy the taste of delicious chicken soup. Give your change in your dinning by nutritious values. 

Ingredients:-

  • Chicken- 800 gms
  • Water-1 cup
  • Ginger, garlic and green chilly paste- 1 tsp
  • Vinegar- ½ tsp
  • Butter -4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Fried pieces of potato straws and boiled vegetables to garnish

Method to Prepare:-
In a bowl mix the ginger, garlic and green chilly leaves get mixed in a bowl. Curt all the chicken pieces and rub the paste well. Pour the vinegar on the top and marinate the mixture for three hours at least.  Heat all the butter in the pan till it gets heat well and add all the chicken pieces inside the pan. Remove the pan and keep aside. In the same pan add the entire remaining butter add all the white four and stir for 1 minute. Now add all the chicken pieces and then herbs puree, white pepper powder and salt. Simmer the whole mixture at a medium level and then stir for 4 minutes. Beat the cream well and stir the soup. Enjoy this dish with chapatti.

Mushroom Biryani

For Rice:-
  1. Basmathi Rice - 2 cups (I use the 160ml cup that comes with the rice cooker)
  2. Cardamom- 3 nos
  3. Cloves - 4 nos
  4. Cinnamon - 1" stick
  5. Bay leaves- 2 nos
  6. Star anise - 1

For Gravy:-
  • Fresh Button Mushrooms - 3/4 kg
  • Big Onion - 3
  • Green Chilly - 4
  • Tomato - 2
  • Tomato Sauce - 2 dsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 2 dsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Chicken Masala powder/ coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1/2 cup or as rqd
  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Curry Leaves
  • Raisins
  • Cashew nuts
Rice:-
Soak the rice for an hour. Heat 2 Tbsp ghee in a pan and slightly fry cardamom cloves bay leaves cinnamon and star anise. To this add the soaked drained rice and fry for 2 minutes in low flame. Transfer to the rice cooker and add 4 cups of water and salt. Cook till done. Keep it aside.

Garnishing:-
Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins. Keep them aside. Slice the onions thinly. take 1/3 of the sliced onions and fry it in ghee until they are crispy and golden brown. Chop the mint leaves and coriander leaves.

Making the Gravy:-
Wash, Clean and cut the mushrooms. I read before that it is not necessary to wash the mushrooms as it will become soggy. So just wipe it with kitchen tissue. But i prefer to wash them anyway. And also I will discard the black colored part of the mushrooms although it is edible. This is a time consuming process. Boil the mushrooms with salt and turmeric powder in 1/2 cup water. Cook till all the water evaporates. Heat a pan and add the rest of the oil / ghee. Fry onions till they become translucent. Add crushed green chilies and ginger garlic paste. When the raw smell goes add tomatoes and sauté. When the oil start to separate add chicken masala powder and chilly powder and tomato sauce. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the cooked mushrooms and throw a handful of mint leaves coriander leaves and curry leaves. Check for salt and add if rqd. You may add 2 Tbsp of water if the mushroom masala mix is dry. Leave it covered on low flame for few minutes till the mushrooms are well coated with the masala.

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a deep oven proof dish and grease it with ghee. Put a layer of rice and Sprinkle fried onions cashews raisins and some mint and coriander leaves. Take the mushroom masla mix and layer it on top of rice. Arrange the rest of the rice and masala mix in the same way. Make sure Rice should be on top when it is done with cashews raisins and onions. Cover the dish with aluminum foils and bakes it for 10 minutes or till done.

Serve hot with dates pickle, mint chutney and cucumber salad.
