Best Masala Fish Curry


Fish recipe can be prepared in many ways. The most tender and delicacy of dish can be prepared in easy by simple methods. 

Ingredients:-

  • Fish washed and sliced
  • Coriander leaves chopped-1 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped-2
  • Garlic cloves-8
  • Green chilies chopped-2
  • Methi seeds-1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder- a pinch
  • Salt
  • Oil 

Method to Prepare:
Take the washed out fish, salt and turmeric and then mix well for 15 minutes. Now allow the fish to fry into pieces and now you can drain them and keep aside. Now grind all the coriander leaves, garlic and ginger with green leaves. Now heat some oil in the pan by adding masala and fry well till the oil gets separately. Now add all the tomatoes, methi seeds and powder masalas and fry well till the oil begins to float on the top. Add a cup of water. Bring all the gravy to get boiled well.  Now add all the fish slices and cook well for 10 minutes.

Fish Tikka Recipe


The excellent recipe that can be prepared in easy way it is the most time consuming job with excellent ingredients. Here are the recipes that can be done in detail. 

Ingredients:-

  • Fish pieces-400 gms
  • Vegetable oil-100gms
  • Ajwain-1 tsp
  • Cream-45ml
  • Cumin powder-2 tsp
  • Garam masala-2 tsp
  • Garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Beasn flour-20 gms
  • Lemon juice-30 gms
  • Coriander chutney- 5 tsp
  • White pepper powder- ½ tsp
  • Onion- 1
  • Curd- 60 gms
  • Salt
  • Chilly powder

Method to Prepare:
Take a large bowl mix all the cream, garlic, ajwain, cumin seeds powder, cumin seeds, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, mint, coriander chutney and besan flour and yoghurt. Now adds all the fish pieces together and marinate them for few hours. Add all the fish pieces and fry on the both sides till golden brown until it gets crispy. This recipe will be very matching with chopped onions.

Dry Fish Pickle


Dry fish pickle is the most mouthwatering dish that can be added with rice, chapatti, dosa, Idils, upma and so on. This dry fish can be prepared in easy way with excellent taste. 

Ingredients:

  • Dry fish cut into pieces- ½ kg
  • Sesame oil- 1 cup
  • Mustard powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder- 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder- 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic sliced- 1 tsp
  • Ginger- 1 tsp
  • Gutmeg powder- ¼ tsp
  • Vinegar -1 cup
  • Salt- 2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds-1 tsp

Method to Prepare:-
Take some fishes of good kind .Wash the fish neatly and allow the fish to get dry. Now take some turmeric and salt rub well for sometimes and keep aside. Heat the pan with oil added and fry the fish with the salt and turmeric added. Fry the fish until it gets golden brown. Keep it aside for few minutes and heat rest of the oil in a separate pan until this mixture gets smoky and turn off the stove. To this mix add all the salt with the rest of the ingredients and then turn off the stove. Now cook the contents well and keep it in the tight container.

Fish Salad


Fish the delicious recipe in all the kitchen .fish have high protein content. The fish has important properties called as omega 3 fatty acids. Fish is good in vitamins and minerals. Fish protects body against heart and cancer .In fish polysaturated found in many fish will prevent damage from brain cells. Fish will reduce high blood pressure. Here we give you the excellent preparation of Fish salad

  • Ginger- ¼ inch thick
  • Soya sauce- ¼ cup
  • Hot pepper Flakes- ¼ tsp
  • Lime juice- ½ tsp
  • Garlic cloves- 2
  • Vegetable oil- 2tsp
  • Lime Zest- 1 tsp
  • Black pepper- ¼ tsp
  • Bean sprouts- 2 cups
  • Cod or Halibut streaks- 1 ¼ pounds
  • Honey- ½ tsp
  • Chinese cabbage- 4 cups
  • Red leaf Lettuce- 4 cups
  • Carrots- 2 large
  • Sesame seeds- 2 tsp


Method to prepare:


Just make the lining a broiler pan with foil. Make a Greasy foil with the vegetable oil. And preheat the boiler well. Blend all the ginger, garlic and lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, honey, black pepper, hot pepper flakes, lime zest in a processor to make a marinade. Take half marinade and apply it on the fish and place it in the broiler. For 5 minutes broil the fish. After 5 minutes turn the fish over the side and apply the marinade and broil for 5 minutes. Dress 4 plates with cabbage, lettuce, carrots, and bean sprouts. Cut all the fish equally and place them in the top of the greens. Remaining marinade on the hot fish and sprinkle sesame seeds on the top of the salad. Your fish is ready to be served.
