The best Egg noodle

A noodle is the best dish prepared by everyone. Noodles can be prepared in many ways. Lots of varieties of noodles are seen in best taste. Here we give you eth preparation details below.

Ingredients:
  • Egg-1
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato juice-2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Pepper powder-1 tsp
  • Chilly powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala- ½ tsp (hot spice mix)
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
Method to prepare:
Slice all the onions and keep the mixture aside. Now take a big pot and ad water into the mixture make it to boil. When you boil add all the noodles and the cook for 5 to 10 minutes. When the noodles are for ready remove the flame and drain all the water. Now take the frying pan and heat with little oil. When the oil is very hot add all the onions and sauté till it get golden brown. Now add all the ginger garlic paste, pepper, chilly powder, garam masala, and fry briefly. Add all the egg and scramble till eth ingredients get scrambled very well. Pour the tomato juice and cook for a minute. Mix all of them and remove the flame.

Fish Salad


Fish the delicious recipe in all the kitchen .fish have high protein content. The fish has important properties called as omega 3 fatty acids. Fish is good in vitamins and minerals. Fish protects body against heart and cancer .In fish polysaturated found in many fish will prevent damage from brain cells. Fish will reduce high blood pressure. Here we give you the excellent preparation of Fish salad

  • Ginger- ¼ inch thick
  • Soya sauce- ¼ cup
  • Hot pepper Flakes- ¼ tsp
  • Lime juice- ½ tsp
  • Garlic cloves- 2
  • Vegetable oil- 2tsp
  • Lime Zest- 1 tsp
  • Black pepper- ¼ tsp
  • Bean sprouts- 2 cups
  • Cod or Halibut streaks- 1 ¼ pounds
  • Honey- ½ tsp
  • Chinese cabbage- 4 cups
  • Red leaf Lettuce- 4 cups
  • Carrots- 2 large
  • Sesame seeds- 2 tsp


Method to prepare:


Just make the lining a broiler pan with foil. Make a Greasy foil with the vegetable oil. And preheat the boiler well. Blend all the ginger, garlic and lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, honey, black pepper, hot pepper flakes, lime zest in a processor to make a marinade. Take half marinade and apply it on the fish and place it in the broiler. For 5 minutes broil the fish. After 5 minutes turn the fish over the side and apply the marinade and broil for 5 minutes. Dress 4 plates with cabbage, lettuce, carrots, and bean sprouts. Cut all the fish equally and place them in the top of the greens. Remaining marinade on the hot fish and sprinkle sesame seeds on the top of the salad. Your fish is ready to be served.

Mouth Watering Mutton Stew


Ingredients:-

  • 2 lbs. Mutton 2 medium Onions
  • 2 large Potatoes
  • 5 Green Chilies, chopped
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger, chopped
  • ½ Tablespoon Fennel seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Pepper, powdered
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 4 green Cardamoms, chopped

Few Curry leaves:-

  • 3 inches Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons refined Flour
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • Salt

Method:-
Peel and chop the onions into thin slices. Peel and chop the potatoes. Now heat oil in a pan and add all the spices and masalas and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. When done, remove and keep aside. In the same oil, add flour and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the meat and saute for another five minutes. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and milk. Cover and cook on a low flame stirring occasionally till the meat is half done. Add the potatoes and the fried masala. Check for salt and add little water if necessary. Cover and simmer till the gravy has reduced to half. Add the thick coconut milk and simmer for five minutes. Do not boil. Serve hot with rice.

Ingredients:

  • Canned chickpeas (rinsed and dried)-1 cup
  • Chopped fresh cilantro-1cup
  • Garam masala- 1 cup
  • Chopped carrot- ½ cup
  • Amchur masala- 1 tsp
  • Kosher salt-1 ¼ tsp
  • Ground black pepper- ½ tsp
  • Red pepper ground- ¼ tsp
  • Jalapeno seeded and quartered-1
  • Peeled red potatoes- 2 pounds
  • Chopped red onion- ¼ cup
  • Breadcrumbs -1 cup
  • Olive oil-2 tsp
  • Spinach-2 2/3cups
  • Whole grain pitas that can be cut into half- 4 
  • Red onion slices- 6 inch
Method to prepare Burger:
Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and then mix well gently. After that put all the ingredients in the food processor until they are finely chopped. Now take a pan and heat the pan with full water .Put all the potatoes until it is cooked well. Heat the water until 15 minutes. Now add all the onions together and mix all the potatoes until it gets tender. Now drain the mixture and allow it to get cool. Now stir the chickpea mixture and breadcrumbs. Cover and leave the mixture all over the night for 8 hours. Drive potato mixture into 8 equal portions of ½ inch thick patty. Heat the pan with 1 tablespoon oil in a medium heat. Add all the 4 patties and cook for 5 minutes on each side until it gets brown color and heated through. Repeat the procedure with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and 4 patties. Now place 1/3 cup spinach and heat the pan with 1 ½ tablespoon oil and make a good react with pita half. Top each of the serving with onion.

Mouthwatering pepper chicken


Chicken is mostly liked by everyone. This non vegetarian food can be prepared in many varieties that exits in different names. Pepper is the best medicine for the health. Pepper gives many nutrients that are very effective for health. Here I give you the best recipe that can be prepared with pepper and chicken.


 Ingredients:
  • Chicken-500 gms
  • Ginger paste -1 tsp
  • Garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Garam amsala- 1tsp
  • Tomato puree-2tsp
  • Coriendar leaves-2 tsp
  • Pepper corns-1 tsp
  • Curry leaves- 2tsp
  • Oil-2tsp
  • Salt 

Method to prepare:
Cut the chicken on all the sides and make it into slices. In the chicken add pepper, salt, half of the ginger, garlic, garam masala. Now mix all them clearly together and then marinate for 3 hours. Now take the frying pan and heat in medium .Take all the chicken pieces and turn back again and again. Cook all the chicken pieces well till it becomes golden brown. Ensure that you keep all the pieces warm. Pour all remaining oil in the curry leaves let it become crackle and then add the paste of ginger garlic. Saute the mixture for 30 minutes. 

And add tomato puree. Simmer cook the mixture and leave all the mixture to leave it to the edges. Put all the chicken together, coriander leaves, and garam masala. In the mixture add water and cover neatly and in low flame for 15 minutes till the chicken is done. Garnish the pepper and coriander leaves.
