Pork Chilly Fry


Pork is the most delicious food in which it gives growth and energy. Lots of nutrients help the tissues, muscle repairs and also help in reproduction of health blood cells. Pork is very good for improving the skin and eye health. Here we are going to show you can excellent recipe that can be prepared in less time. 

Ingredients:-

  • Pork 1 kg (fat)
  • Onions chopped -6
  • Green chilly chopped-2
  • Ginger- 1 inch piece chopped
  • Vinegar- 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes- 2
  • Coriander leaves

Method to be prepared:-
Cut all the best fat pork into many small pieces and add salt to it. Heat the frying pan without oil. Add all the pork pieces with ginger and keep stirring well until the water from the pork gets dried up. Now add the tiny pieces of onions, tomatoes, chilies, coriander leaves and fry till the pork till the pork gets dried up and also it gets cooked well. After removing the fire add vinegar to it.

Drumstick Dal


Drumsticks have many medical values. This drumstick can be cooked, stored or eaten fresh. This drumstick has nutritious values. This Drumstick can be prepared in many ways. Here we give you excellent recipe that can be prepared in easy way.

Ingredients:-

  • Drumstick-8
  • Toor dal-3 tsp
  • Tomato-2
  • Onion-2
  • Potato-1
  • Ginger- a small piece
  • Garlic -2 cloves
  • Green chilles-3 
  • Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves- a few
  • Salt (needed)
  • Oil (needed)

Method to be Prepared:-
Cut tomato, onion, ginger garlic finally and cut it into pieces. Cook all the potato and peel the skin and mash aside. Cut all the drumstick into pieces cook well and scoop the fleshy portions with a spoon and kept aside. Cook toor dal and set aside. Heat oil the pan. Ad ginger, garlic, green chili, onion and fry till few minutes. Add tomato, turmeric powder, garam masala, toor dal, drumstick, potato, salt, water and cook well. When the smell subsides and content will get boiled well. Add coriander leaves and remove pan from the stove.

The best Egg noodle

A noodle is the best dish prepared by everyone. Noodles can be prepared in many ways. Lots of varieties of noodles are seen in best taste. Here we give you eth preparation details below.

Ingredients:
  • Egg-1
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato juice-2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Pepper powder-1 tsp
  • Chilly powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala- ½ tsp (hot spice mix)
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
Method to prepare:
Slice all the onions and keep the mixture aside. Now take a big pot and ad water into the mixture make it to boil. When you boil add all the noodles and the cook for 5 to 10 minutes. When the noodles are for ready remove the flame and drain all the water. Now take the frying pan and heat with little oil. When the oil is very hot add all the onions and sauté till it get golden brown. Now add all the ginger garlic paste, pepper, chilly powder, garam masala, and fry briefly. Add all the egg and scramble till eth ingredients get scrambled very well. Pour the tomato juice and cook for a minute. Mix all of them and remove the flame.

  • Brain-1
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder-1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  • Water- ½ cup
  • Salt
Method to prepare:
Take a Pressure cooker put all the brain, ginger garlic paste, red chilly power, turmeric powder, and water. Let it be well cooked in the cooker for few minutes. After that take a kadai and fry the pressure cooker ingredients thoroughly.

Ingredients:
  • Mint leaves- 3 cups
  • Jaggery-200 grams
  • Lemon juice-30 ml
  • Ginger-10 grams
  • Water-4 cups

Method to prepare:
Take a mint leaves and ginger in a large bowl. In a large bowl add lemon juice, jaggery, water .Let the jaggery mix together thoroughly. This juice will give refresh to the body and give an excellent taste.

Most delicious Chilly beef


Beef is the most consumed meat in the world. Beef can be prepared in many varieties. The cut of the beef will make difference. Tender will rock in all beef preparation. Here we give you the best new recipe Chilly Beef recipe. The detail preparation is given below.

Ingredients:


  • Beef Lean (fat should be removed)- ½ kg
  • Garlic pods- 5nos
  • Ginger- ½ pieces
  • Green capsicum- 1
  • Onion- 2
  • Green chilies- 6 
  • Corn flour- 1tsp
  • Sesame oil- 3 tsp
  • Chilly sauce-2 tsp
  • Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Dark soya sauce- 1tsp
  • Garam masala- ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder- 2 tsp

Mixing:

  • Chili sauce- 1 ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce-1 tsp
  • Pepper- 1/2tsp

Chilly beef recipe methods to prepare:
Clean the beef clearly with water marinate and keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes. Put the beef inside the pressure cook for 3 whistles until the beef becomes tender and soft. Keep the beef aside and stock them separately. Heat the sesame oil for 4 minutes in a pan. Now put all the onions together with chilies and capsicum for 2 minutes and keep aside. After that fry all the ginger garlic paste and beef for 2 minutes in the same oil. Mix all the sauces into the beef and fry  them for 3 minutes. Add the stock and the corn flour inside the water. Continue the same process till the sauce is almost drained. Now add all the ingredients together and give a hot final stir. Serve hot with rice, chapatti, Nan.
