Drumstick Dal


Drumsticks have many medical values. This drumstick can be cooked, stored or eaten fresh. This drumstick has nutritious values. This Drumstick can be prepared in many ways. Here we give you excellent recipe that can be prepared in easy way.

Ingredients:-

  • Drumstick-8
  • Toor dal-3 tsp
  • Tomato-2
  • Onion-2
  • Potato-1
  • Ginger- a small piece
  • Garlic -2 cloves
  • Green chilles-3 
  • Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves- a few
  • Salt (needed)
  • Oil (needed)

Method to be Prepared:-
Cut tomato, onion, ginger garlic finally and cut it into pieces. Cook all the potato and peel the skin and mash aside. Cut all the drumstick into pieces cook well and scoop the fleshy portions with a spoon and kept aside. Cook toor dal and set aside. Heat oil the pan. Ad ginger, garlic, green chili, onion and fry till few minutes. Add tomato, turmeric powder, garam masala, toor dal, drumstick, potato, salt, water and cook well. When the smell subsides and content will get boiled well. Add coriander leaves and remove pan from the stove.

Chicken puttu recipe


Chicken is the most delicious food loved by everyone. Chicken is best dish prepared by everyone. Here we give you an excellent recipe that can be prepared be everyone. 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (boneless)
  • Onions-2 no
  • Tomato-1 no
  • Green chillie- 2 no
  • Chicken meat masala- 2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Coconut oil- 2 tsp
  • Salt -1 tsp

Fro preparing puttu:

  • Chicken mixture
  • Puttu powder
  • Grated coconut
  • Method to prepare:

Clean the chicken pieces thoroughly by splashing water for many times. Take a good pan and pour oil in the pan gently with onions till it becomes golden brown. Now add all the green chilly and tomato in the pan and fry well. Add all the red chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and fry well gently. Add all the chicken pieces and cook in medium flame for 15 minutes. Add salt to taste. Cook over a medium flame till the oil gets separated. Garnish well with coriander leaves. In the puttu maker first layer the grated coconut, then add the chicken mixture and then add the rice flour. Repeat the layers .Serve for 10-15 minutes and serve hot.

Pizza without red sauce

Pizza contains best lycopene and also powerful antioxidant. The lycopene will fight against cancer disease. Pizza is liked by many people. Ingredients:-

  • Butter -2 tsp (melted)
  • Olive oil-1 tsp
  • Garlic minced-3 tsp
  • Sun dried tomato pesto-2 tsp
  • Basil leaves dried-1 tsp
  • Dried oregano-1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese-1 tsp
  • Pizza crust 1 unbaked
  • Sliced tomato-1
  • Spinach fresh bunch torn-1
  • Onion sliced-1 tsp
  • Jalapeno pepper chopped-1
  • Feta cheese crumbled-1
Method to prepare:
Preheat the oven that is just accordance to the pizza crust that is package in directions. In a small bowl combine all the butter, olive oil, garlic, pesto, basil, oregano, parmesan cheese. Spread all the mixture evenly in the pizza crust. Arrange all the tomato, spinach, onion, jalapeno on pizza. Top the mixture with crumbled feta cheese. Bake all the mixture according to the pizza crust.

Tomato Sauce


 The recipes that prepared with the aid of tomatoes are rich in taste and health. The taste of the tomato is not so sweet but it maintains the moderate level of sweetness in it. Ingredients for Tomato sauce:
  • Take tomato of one kg
  • 30 gm of butter
  • Half tsp of sugar
  • Little amount of salt and pepper

Procedures for preparing Tomato sauce:
  • Peel the tomato and de-seed it completely and chop the tomato
  • Melt the butter for cooking in the pan
  • Add the chopped tomato into the pan and stir it well
  • Cover the pan by lid and leave it for some time
  • Moderately cover the pan with the lid and roast the sauce for 30 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and the tomatoes become very soft
  • Tomato sauce is ready to serve

Tomato Dosa


Tomato Dosa is an instant food recipe to cook. Of courses, tomato is the good favor and nice colored types of vegetables that add taste to the recipe. It is easy to prepare within the short period. It is the good recipe to serve for dinner.

Ingredients for Tomato Dosa:

  • Three cups of Dosa Batter  
  • Three chopped Tomato 
  • Little amount of grinded Coconut 
  • Two tsp of Chile powder 
  • Curry leaves - 1 spring
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil needed amount

Procedure for preparing Tomato Dosa:

  • Heat the kadai and pore the oil in it
  • Add tomatoes and salt and blend well. Cook for 3 minutes till mushy
  • Now acquire this in blender all along with coconut and make into a puree
  • Add this to dosa batter with chili powder and curry leaves and stir it well
  • Heat the tawa and stretch the dosa evenly on it
  • Drizzle some oil around the sides of dosa and flip over and cook
  • Remove and serve

Excellent vegetarian eggs recipe


Egg is a good source of rich protein. Eating an egg a day will give good strength to the body. In the same way vegetables gives excellent benefits to the body. Eat lots of vegetables will give good strength to the body. Here we give you an excellent preparation to prepare the best dish.


Ingredients:
  • Eggs-2
  • Maida- ½ cup
  • Minced meat- ½ cup
  • Cheese- 1 cube
  • Vegetables mixed- ½ cup (carrots, beans, peas, cauliflower)
  • Green Chilly- 2
  • Coriander leaves- 2 tsp
  • Onion- 1 
  • Baking powder- ½ tsp
  • Maida – ½ cup to cook in the oil. 
  • Salt 

Method to prepare:
Chop all the carrots, peas, beans, cauliflower and keep the mixture aside. Now take a large bowl and beat the eggs together well. When the eggs are  beaten in a good way add all the baking powder, Maida, and salt. Make all those together to form a batter. In this mixture add all the coriander leaves, green chilly and onions together to form up well neatly. Take a big tawa and apply the oil in it. When oil is hot add half batter to this mixture and evently spread across the tawa. Now put all the vegetables in the tawa and spread over the omelette. Pour the remaining egg batter over the vegetables and flip it on both the sides. Cook the egg until it is done clearly on both the sides in golden brown. Remove the flame and serve hot with tomato sauce.

Magnificent chicken Cutlet

Chicken is the most delicious food in the non vegetarian food. Chicken has good source of protein. Now we are going to show a new recipe preparation and its details below. Enjoy the taste.

Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast- ½ kg
  • Potato- 2 medium
  •  Onions-2
  • Green chilies- 7
  • Bread crumbs
  • Egg white
Method to prepare:
Heat the oil in a pan sauté all eth onions, green chilies. Turn off the flame .Take a large bowl and mix all the shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper, and garam masala well. Blend it gently. Divide equal lemon sized balls  and press little in your palm. Dip the balls in the egg white and then dip again the balls in the bread crumbs and fry till it becomes deep fry. Serve the chicken cutlet with tomato ketchup.
