Tomato Sauce


 The recipes that prepared with the aid of tomatoes are rich in taste and health. The taste of the tomato is not so sweet but it maintains the moderate level of sweetness in it. The tomato sauce is used to serve along with pizza, pasta dishes, sautéed vegetables, noodles, fried rice, soups and the list goes on. 


Tomato sauce affords the great taste for the main foods that shows tomato sauce used as the side dish. Listed below are the ingredients and procedures for preparing tomato sauce in short period.  

Ingredients for Tomato sauce:
  • Take tomato of one kg
  • 30 gm of butter
  • Half tsp of sugar
  • Little amount of salt and pepper

Procedures for preparing Tomato sauce:
  • Peel the tomato and de-seed it completely and chop the tomato
  • Melt the butter for cooking in the pan
  • Add the chopped tomato into the pan and stir it well
  • Cover the pan by lid and leave it for some time
  • Moderately cover the pan with the lid and roast the sauce for 30 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and the tomatoes become very soft
  • Tomato sauce is ready to serve

Delicious Biscuit preparation


Biscuits are one the most delicious snack in the world. Now biscuit are available in the market different varieties with different flavors. Biscuits can also be prepared in home with excellent taste. Here we give you the preparation details


Ingredients:
  • All purpose flour- 150 grams
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Sugar -90 grams
  • Butter-120 grams
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • Salt
  • Egg half
  • Cornflakes powdered -50 grams

Method to prepare:
Mix all the flour together with baking powder blend neatly and evenly blended. Now you mix the sugar and butter in a large bowl separately. In another bowl mix the egg and vanilla together. Now add the four ingredients together sugar, butter, egg, vanilla. Add all the flour together and baking powder and mix well that forms a thick paste is formed. Cut all the pieces into small and roll each   one coarsely powdered cornflake into the baking tray at the distance of 5 inches apart. Bake for 12 minutes in the oven for 350 degrees of Fahrenheit.

Get the real taste of dates and walnut pudding


Pudding is prepared in traditional way. English pudding is one the best type of snack which can be enjoyed with family and friends. Pudding is easy to do and very nutritious to health. 

Ingredients:
• Raisen flour- 185g   
• Suet-75 g
• Sugar-50g
• Milk-150ml
• Dates and Walnuts-100g
• Salt
• Lemon-1



Method to prepare:
Take a large bowl and add flour, salt, suet, dates, walnuts, lemon rind, and sugar together in a bowl mix the ingredients well. Dig in the center and pour the milk. Mix the ingredients well till it drops its consistency. Grease the butter in a pan and pour in the mixture. Mix the mixture well with the spoon. After that cover the pan neatly with a secured string. Stream the boiling water for about 1 ½ hours until it become soft. Serve the mixture hot with custard.

Fresh green Beans with butter and herbs


Fresh green bean is very good for health. In green beans you can get French variety called as haricot vert. This bean is cooked very easily when compared with regular beans. This recipe can be cooked better with little butter, onions, and fresh garden herbs. 

Ingredients:


• Thin green beans(trimmed)- 1 pound  
• Red onion chopped 1 ¼ cup
• Butter 3 tsp
• Parsley 2 tsp
• Basil 2 tsp
• Fresh thyme leaves 2 tsp
• Chives 2 tsp
• Salt
• Pepper
• Lemon wedges

Method to prepare:

Take a large bowl of salty water and boil. Then again you prepare large bowl of salty water. Now take the beans and boil for 3 minutes. Then again you put the plunge in cold water. Now dry the beans and pat them with dry paper towel. Heat the pan and add butter sauté the onions for 3 minutes. In this mixture add the green beans and sauté for 4 minutes. In addition to this add all the herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook this mixture for 2 minutes. Serve hot with rice.

Bachelor sandwiches with Paneer

This dish can be prepared in a very short period of time.

Ingredients:

• 2 slices of bread
• 100 gms of panch Phoran
• Butter
• Dried Mango a pinch(powder)
• Red chilli a pinch(powder)
• Black salt a pinch (powder)



Method to be prepared:
          Saute the butter in a pan by adding paneer slices with mango powder, red chilli powder, and black salt for few minutes. Stuff the Panner in between the bread and toast it well. Tomato sauce can also be added at the end.
