Tomato Sauce


 The recipes that prepared with the aid of tomatoes are rich in taste and health. The taste of the tomato is not so sweet but it maintains the moderate level of sweetness in it. The tomato sauce is used to serve along with pizza, pasta dishes, sautéed vegetables, noodles, fried rice, soups and the list goes on. 


Tomato sauce affords the great taste for the main foods that shows tomato sauce used as the side dish. Listed below are the ingredients and procedures for preparing tomato sauce in short period.  

Ingredients for Tomato sauce:
  • Take tomato of one kg
  • 30 gm of butter
  • Half tsp of sugar
  • Little amount of salt and pepper

Procedures for preparing Tomato sauce:
  • Peel the tomato and de-seed it completely and chop the tomato
  • Melt the butter for cooking in the pan
  • Add the chopped tomato into the pan and stir it well
  • Cover the pan by lid and leave it for some time
  • Moderately cover the pan with the lid and roast the sauce for 30 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and the tomatoes become very soft
  • Tomato sauce is ready to serve
