Amla Curd Pachchadi

This dish is liked by many people. The Pachchadi gives real taste with flavor that is really very nutritious to health. Let us see this excellent preparation that can be done easily with minimum time sacing. 

Ingredients:-


  • Amla cutted-6 
  • Chopped green chillies-2
  • Curd- ¼ liters
  • Turmeric powder-1 tsp
  • Oil
  • Asafotida-1 tsp 
  • Curry leaves
  • Urad dal
  • Mustard

Method to Prepare:-
Take the pan and heat the oil in the pan with best adds of urad dal, mustard, asafetida, green chilies and curry leaves for better taste. Now after few minutes add the turmeric powder, curd, salt and then mix well. Now the alma thayir pachchadi is done perfectly. Feel the real taste of best dish the really improves well for the digestive system. You can enjoy with this dish with your family and friends.
