Rabbit Fry (Muyal erachi Fry)


Rabbit meat very will very delicious when it is prepared in best way. Rabbit meat will be very helpful to burn fat and reduce the cholesterol level. High quality of protein content is seen in rabbit. Here we are give you the right preparation of rabbit meat and enjoy eth taste with family and friends. 

Ingredients:

  • Rabbit- ½ kg
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder- 2 tsp
  • Ginger paste- 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • Salt-1 tsp
  • Curry leaves- a few
  • Oil for frying

Method to be prepared: 
The taste will be very super when the meat is fully marinated by ingredients except the curry leaves for 30 minutes. Fry them in the oil till it becomes golden brown.  Rabbit meals will be cooked very faster so when you cook keep it in mind that it should not get fry much. Now sauté the curry leaves until it gets fully cooked. Garnish the fried pieces with the sautéed with the curry leaves.
