Generally, Dhosa is the traditional south Indian food that prepared in each and every home daily. It is the tasty and simple food, which prepared easily in very short time. If we add masala along with the dhosa then it tempts every one to consume more and more. Here there is the menu for preparing the Masala Dhosa.
Ingredients for preparing Masala Dhosa:
- Two smashed large potato
- Chopped one big onion
- One or two green chili
- Half tsp of mustard seed
- One tsp of oil
- Salt to taste
- Half tsp of turmeric
Procedures for preparing Masala Dhosa:
- Get ready with rice batter
- Add the chopped onion and chili within the batter
- Heat the pan for poring the dhosa
Procedures for Masala filling:
- Heat the ghee in the pan
- Add the mustard seed, peas, chopped onion and spice
- Fry it until it turn into golden brown color
- Add potatoes in the above blend and fry it again for some more minutes
- Fill the blend inside the dhosa and roll it
- Serve it with Chutney
