Tuna curry


Tuna curry is the best curry that can be prepared easily at home.

Ingredients:
  • Tuna oil- 500gms
  • Coconut grated- 1 cup
  • Chopped ginger and garlic- 1 tsp
  • Tamarind paste – 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder- 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Onion-1
  • Green chillies-4
  • Water – ½ cup 
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt


Method to Prepare:

Now chop the onions and green chilies. Take a good blender of coconut and ginger garlic paste, green chilies, onion, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, and make a fine paste. You can add a little bit water if you are required. 

Now you can take the pan and pour water into it add the paste with water, tamarind paste and curry leaves. Mix well and let be boil for sometime. Now you can remove tuna from the cans and drain off the oil and put all the fish inside. Sprinkle salt cover and cook for six minutes and serve.
