Chicken is the most delicious dish that can be prepared by many methods. Here we are giving you the easiest dish that can be prepared easily by simple methods.
Ingredients:-
- Chicken pieces- 4 medium
- Green chillies-4
- Onion-1
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Peppercorns – ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder-1 pinch
- Coriander leaves- ½ cup
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Salt
Method to prepare:-
Take the chicken and clean neatly and make it thin slices on all the sides and keep the chicken pieces aside. Now you can make a good blend of chopped onions, coriander leaves, chopped green leaves, ginger garlic paste, peppercorns, turmeric and salt. Grind them well and make a good paste of this mixture. Now you can take some chicken pieces and add the paste to it.
Marinate the whole mixture for one hour. Now you can take a good frying pan and pour the oil into the pan and make a good fry. Now after that add the chicken pieces in the oil and fry for few minutes. Then after that cover the whole mixture for another four minutes. Garnish the whole mixture with coriander leaves and onion slices.
