Fish Sweet and Sour Recipes


Fish the right source to get more vitamins and powerful nutrients. This fish can be prepared in many ways. Here are the preparation details given below. 

Ingredients:-

  • Fish boneless – 15 pieces
  • Corn flour- 2 ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce- 1 ½ tsp
  • Vinegar- 1 ½ tsp
  • Chicken stock- ¾ cup
  • Onions - 3tsp
  • Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
  • Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder-1 tsp
  • Sugar1 ½ tsp
  • Ajinomoto- a pinch
  • Oil

Method of Preparation:

  • Take some corn flour, soya sauce, and pepper in the bowl to get excellent mixture. Now you can add all the fish pieces evenly by adding to the mixture. 
  • Put some oil in the kadai and also deep fry until it becomes golden brown.
  • Now you can heat the entire pan with oil and add onions, ginger garlic paste, salt and ajinomotto, pepper. Sauté this mixture for some minutes. 
  • Now again you can add chicken flour, and soya sauce, corn flour, sugar and vinegar and allow the mixture to be boiled well.
  • Now you can dissolve all the corn flour in ½ cup of water and add to the curry stirring until it gets good level to avoid lumps.
  • Now you can add the fried fish pieces inside and cook for few minutes.
  • Serve the mixture with rice for instant taste.
