Pepper Mushroom Fry


Pepper Mushroom fry adds different taste of flavor. Mushrooms have magical power like reducing the cholesterol level, Breast cancer and diabetes in an awesome way. Here we give you the best recipe preparation that can be done easily.

Ingredients:-
  • Oil-4 tsp
  • Green chilies- 6
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Chopped onions-2
  • Mushroom button and also balanced in hot water salted- 400
  • Black pepper crushed-1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
  • Mint powder dry- 1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek powder- 1 tsp
  • Cream -1 tsp
  • Lime juice-2 tsp
  • Salt 
Method to Prepare:
Heat oil in the pan and fry all the green chilies with ginger garlic paste. Now add all the chopped onions and fry in a medium heat for about 3 minutes. Onions will become pink in color if it is fried in such a way. In this mixture add some mushrooms, back pepper and also the rest of the ingredients except the cream, lime juice, salt. Stir fry well in the oil till it is coated with eth oil in which it will look greasy. Mix with salt, and cook with medium heat for about 8 minutes till the mushroom gets cooked well but not too cooked. Reduce the heat to low level and cook. Now mix all eth cream and lemon juice .Remove the pan from the heat and keep it covered for 2 minutes.
