Carrot Milk Juice


Generally, carrot juice is good for health and milk also used to boost up the energy level of your body. Carrot contains lots and lots of minerals and vitamins in it. Thus the combination of carrot and milk will empower your cells in the body to regenerate. Drinking carrot juice alone, without adding milk, won’t afford the sweet taste for the juice. But if you add some milk into this blend you can able improvise the taste of the juice. Of course, kids’ desires to consume juice only if it is sweat. Mentioned below are the ingredients needed and procedure for preparing the Carrot Milk juice. 

Ingredients for preparing Carrot Milk Juice:-
  • Half kilogram of fresh carrot
  • Half cup of boiled milk or cold milk (as you like)

Procedure for preparing Carrot Milk Juice:-
  • First you need to wash the carrot until the removable of soil in it 
  • After that boil the milk in the good container
  • Get ready with juice machine
  • Put the chopped carrot into the machine along with the milk
