Carrot Milk Juice


Generally, carrot juice is good for health and milk also used to boost up the energy level of your body. Carrot contains lots and lots of minerals and vitamins in it. Thus the combination of carrot and milk will empower your cells in the body to regenerate. Drinking carrot juice alone, without adding milk, won’t afford the sweet taste for the juice. But if you add some milk into this blend you can able improvise the taste of the juice. Of course, kids’ desires to consume juice only if it is sweat. Mentioned below are the ingredients needed and procedure for preparing the Carrot Milk juice. 

Ingredients for preparing Carrot Milk Juice:-
  • Half kilogram of fresh carrot
  • Half cup of boiled milk or cold milk (as you like)

Procedure for preparing Carrot Milk Juice:-
  • First you need to wash the carrot until the removable of soil in it 
  • After that boil the milk in the good container
  • Get ready with juice machine
  • Put the chopped carrot into the machine along with the milk

Vegetable Soup


Generally, the foods and soups that prepared with the help of fresh vegetables are good for health. The persons those who are under going diet must want to consume vegetable soup because vegetable soup is the best for losing the weight and also maintain the body health. Vegetables soups are easy to prepare in your home itself. At the same time it is the instant recipe that you comprise all the vegetables. 

Ingredients for Preparing Vegetable Soup:-

  • Sweet Corn, cream style: 1 tin
  • Sweet corn kernels: 1/2 cup (boiled)
  • Vegetable stock: 1.25 litres (5 cups) OR water
  • French beans: 8 (finely chopped)
  • Cabbage: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • Carrot: 1 (finely chopped)
  • Cornflour: 2 1/2 tbsps (corn starch)
  • Sugar: 3/4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powder: as required
  • Spring onion greens: 3-4 tbsps (finely chopped)

Procedure for preparing vegetable soup:-

  • In a weighty bottomed vessel or wok, add the cream style sweet corn and vegetable stock or water and stir it well
  • Add the chopped carrot, beans, cabbage, and boiled corn and stir to mix and Cook for five minutes on medium flame
  • blend the corn flour in 4 tbsp of vegetable stock or water and keep to one side
  • Adjoin sugar and salt to the simmering soup and cook further for 3-4 minutes. Add white pepper powder and mix
  • Add the corn flour mixture and go on stirring till the soup thickens and roll off heat and pour into soup bowls
  • decorate with spring onion greens and serve hot
