  • Measure the oil when you cook instead of pouring oil in the pan with the help of bottle

  • You can add vegetables and fruits including the best potatoes and apples that will retain many nutrients in the skin.

  • Vitamin C will be destroyed quickly when you use more water. So better add small amount of water so that the vitamins will not be destroyed.
