Coconut Paste Turkey


Turkey the taste of non vegetarian. Coconut paste will be added with delicious tend by adding good flavor into it. This delicious dish can be prepared in many ways.  

Ingredients:-

  • Turkey- ½ kg
  • Onions- 3
  • Tomatoes-2
  • Coconut milk-2 cups
  • Coconut oil
  • Curry leaves-3 springs
  • Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
  • Salt

For Paste:-

  • Coconut- ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste- ½ tsp
  • Dry red chilly- 4 
  • Poppy seeds- 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds- 1tsp
  • Coriander powder- 2 tsp

Method to Prepare:-
For preparing this coconut paste turkey gravy. Blend all the ingredients together under paste. Keep all the marinated ingredients aside. Take the pan and add coconut oil in the vessel and add the paste. Fry till all the onions are separated until it gets fry in a good way. Now toss all the curry leaves. Now all the turkey pieces with tomatoes, onions, turmeric powder and salt. Allow all the turkey to get boiled very well until it gets closed well. Pour all the coconut milk. Mix well and allow to get simmer for 5 minutes. Coconut paste turkey grave is ready now adding this with rice.
