The delicious dish that can be prepared in a great way. Fish is liked by many people. Fish has lots of vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients:-
Rohu/Rui- ½ lb
Main Substitutes:-
Other Ingredients:-
- Onion- ½ medium
- Mustard oil – 3 tsp
- Cardamom – 4
- Cloves-4bay leaves- 3
- Cinnamon-2 pcs
- Sugar- 1 tsp
- Yoghurt- 3 tsp
- Water- 5 cups
- Golden raisins- 1tsp
- Red chilly powder 1 ½ tsp
- Ginger- 1 tsp
- Green chillies-3
Method to Prepare:-
Wash and clean the fish neatly .Take some turmeric, salt, on the fish and keep it aside for marinate for 10 minutes. Take some onions inside and make a paste and set aside this mixture. It is good to discard the cardamom skin out and keep it aside. Take a large pan and fry all the fish on the both the ends for better fry. After that wrap the fish in paper towel and keep ready to use it.
In the same time add all the bay leaves, cardamom, and onion paste, green chilly and salt and ground cloves for better taste. Mix and cook all the ingredients for 3 minutes. Now you can add ginger, turmeric, red chilly powder, sugar and mix all the ingredients well. Now you can smooth the yoghurt with 2 tablespoon of water you can now turn the flame slowly and add yoghurt to the pan till it becomes good.
If you mixed the mixture or one time then you can turn back the flame and add raisins. Cook well until the oil gets separated. After the whole mixture is done add the fish gently. After that cook both sides of the fish and mix warm water for 2 cups and also gently mix the masala to the water .Increase the flame for 7 minutes after that you can serve hot with chapatti or rice.
