Ingredients:-
- Drumstick-8
- Toor dal-3 tsp
- Tomato-2
- Onion-2
- Potato-1
- Ginger- a small piece
- Garlic -2 cloves
- Green chilles-3
- Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves- a few
- Salt (needed)
- Oil (needed)
Method to be Prepared:-
Cut tomato, onion, ginger garlic finally and cut it into pieces. Cook all the potato and peel the skin and mash aside. Cut all the drumstick into pieces cook well and scoop the fleshy portions with a spoon and kept aside. Cook toor dal and set aside. Heat oil the pan. Ad ginger, garlic, green chili, onion and fry till few minutes. Add tomato, turmeric powder, garam masala, toor dal, drumstick, potato, salt, water and cook well. When the smell subsides and content will get boiled well. Add coriander leaves and remove pan from the stove.
