Ingredients:
- for two cups of pudina chai
- 2 cups of water
- 2 teaspoons of Darjeeling tea leaves
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
- Milk to taste
- Sugar or honey to taste
Method:
- Bring the water to a boil in a kettle.
- Put the mint, tea leaves, milk and sweetener in a small pot.
- Pour the boiling water over the leaves.
- Simmer the mint tea for ten minutes
- Remove from the heat and strain the seeped tea mixture.
- Pour into pretty tea cups. Sit back and enjoy this refreshing drink.
