Carrots are rich in vitamin A and eggs are rich in protein. The best dish preferred by everyone is sandwich especially for the children. Here we give you a simple recipe that can be prepared at home easily.
Ingredients:
- Bread slices-2
- Carrot- ½ cup
- Onion- ¼ cup
- Ginger paste- ½ tsp
- Green chilly- 2
- Egg-1
- Butter-1 tsp
- Salt-1 tsp
Method to prepare:
Take a frying pan and add butter, sauté carrot, ginger paste, Green chilly, and curry leaves for 3 minutes. Beaten eth egg in the pan and then scramble well until the egg is done well. Add salt 1 tsp and remove the flame. Remove both sides of the bread and keep the fillings inside and press both slices together. Cut the both pieces into triangular pieces. If needed heat both the sides on the pan and microwave it.
