Carrots Jam The Taste Of Vitamins


Carrot have good source of vitamins and minerals that is adequately needed for the body. Carrot jam is the most excellent dish that can be prepared easily at home. Here are the preparation details given below.

Ingredients:-

  • Carrot – ½ kg
  • Sugar – 2 cups
  • Lemon juice
  • Water – 2 ½ cups

Method to Prepare:-

  • Take fresh carrot and clean neatly with clean water
  • Put some carrots in water and boil for sometime until the carrots get tender.
  • Now you can pass through sieve  and add sugar, lemon juice, and put it o the fire
  • Stir well until the sugar gets dissolved completely and then cook well in a very low flame. 
  • Test in the plate whether the jam have been thicken
  • Pour the jam in the clean jars and allow it to get cool
  • Serve this jam after 1 day for excellent taste.
