Chicken Roll


This chicken roll can be prepared easily by simple steps. Here the preparation details are given.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken cooked-1 cup
  • Tomato-1
  • Onion-1
  • Eggs-2
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Garam masala-1 tsp
  • Tortillas few
  • Oil-2 tsp
  • Chilly powder-1 tsp
  • Salt

Method to Prepare:-

Now chop all the onions and tomatoes each separately. Now take a frying pan and heat well in an oil. Put all the chopped onions till it gets golden brown. Add some ginger garlic paste till the raw smell gets out of the smell. Now add all the chicken pieces inside with tomatoes. Now fry all the ingredients with chilly powder and salt for best taste with garam masala. 

Now you can sauté well till the aroma leaves out and begins to rise. Now you can remove from the flame and keep aside.  Now you can beat two eggs and sauté well with little salt. Now you can take the tava and add1 tablespoon oil with 2 tablespoon eggs on the mixture. 

Now you can cover the tortilla when the egg is set to boil. After you have seen the egg has been lifted up you can then take the cover off and fill it with chicken and other toppings with chopped onions, cilantro and also few drops of lemon juice. Roll the whole mixture up and eat with tomato sauce.
