Liver Roll Recipe

Liver roll can be prepared in easy way by adding good ingredients inside. This non vegetarian food is very delicious to eat and very tasty also. 

Ingredients:-
  • Liver- 200gms
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves- ¼ cup
  • Garlic flakes- 20
  • Onions-2
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Pepper – 2 tsp
  • Flour- 1 cup

Method to Prepare:-
Chop all the onions and garlic separately for better taste. Now you can take the liver and wash well. After that cut the liver into small pieces. Now you can take the frying pan and heat with minimum oil. Now after the pan gets heated well you can add garlic, pepper, turmeric and sauté well until the raw smell disappears. Now you can put all the liver pieces inside and cover and cook for ¾. 

Now you can add some salt for taste and cook well for three minutes. Now you remove the flame and add chopped onions, coriander leaves lemon juice for instant taste. Mix all the ingredients well and keep it aside. Now you can add the flour and add wheat flour to a big bowl and mix well until it gets smooth. Make good dough by adding curd into the mixture by adding little water. From this dough you cam make chapattis .Make sure that that chapattis are very thin that can be prepared in tawa. 

Apply oil on both sides of the chapatti for best cooking style. When all the chapatti is clearly done you can keep some liver mixture inside and roll them off. Serve hot with puthina chutney.
