Pudding is prepared in traditional way. English pudding is one the best type of snack which can be enjoyed with family and friends. Pudding is easy to do and very nutritious to health.
Ingredients:
• Raisen flour- 185g
• Suet-75 g
• Sugar-50g
• Milk-150ml
• Dates and Walnuts-100g
• Salt
• Lemon-1
Method to prepare:
Take a large bowl and add flour, salt, suet, dates, walnuts, lemon rind, and sugar together in a bowl mix the ingredients well. Dig in the center and pour the milk. Mix the ingredients well till it drops its consistency. Grease the butter in a pan and pour in the mixture. Mix the mixture well with the spoon. After that cover the pan neatly with a secured string. Stream the boiling water for about 1 ½ hours until it become soft. Serve the mixture hot with custard.
