Asparagus and Parmesan Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus (garden or wild two)
  • 6 eggs
  •  Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 dl of olive oil
  • 4 croissants

Preparation
  • Clean the asparagus.
  •  On olive oil, put finely chopped bacon (or ham, whatever you have), briefly fry.
  • Put fresh asparagus … shuffling, when heated cover and 5 -7 minutes, asparagus fades … Then remove the cover and then pour 2-3 eggs beaten foamy the salt, light, intervenes only on the asparagus and eggs swell up so nicely.
  • Finally, a little bit of freshly ground pepper. Grate Parmesan cheese… Thus without the balancing wild asparagus preserve one slight bitterness.
You can have this for breakfast. It fills your morning diet with calories. You feel energetic to start the day.
