Yummy Crab Omelette


One of the most delicious food in seafood is Crab. A very good amount of protein is heavy seen in the crab. They have very low fat. In crab magnesium is widely seen it helps to maintain healthy immune system and also gives biochemical reactions to the body. Here we give you the best preparation of crab Omelette. The Preparation details are given below

Ingredients:

  • Crab-1 boiled and minced
  • Nut meg-1 pinch
  • Ginger- 1 tiny piece
  • Onions minced -1 tsp
  • Eggs-4 beaten
  • Parsley springs few
  • Salt 
  • Pepper

Method to prepare:
Take a small pan Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil add ginger and also onions fry till soft. Add the crab meat inside the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the heat out of the pan and make the mixture to get coll. After that add the eggs along with the best seasoning. Now again heat the pan nicely and then add all the mixture gently. Spread the mixture thick around. When the whole undersize is set and all the top when becomes soft. Fold over the omelette and serve with parsley.
