Fried rice is one of the best recipes in Chinese style. Fried rice is the best dish that we can prepare in best taste and with extreme flavor.
• Rice 2 cups
• Oil 4 tsp
• Beans finely chopped
• Carrots chopped
• Onion 2 sliced
• Cabbage chopped finely 100 gms
• Spring onion 2 sliced
• Green chilies 2 or 3 pieces
• Garlic chopped 1 tsp
• Ginger chopped 1 tsp
• Soya sauce 2 tsp
• Salt for taste
• Pepper for taste.
Method to prepare:
Wash the rice and soak the rice in enough water for 20 to 25 minutes. Add rice in the boiled water and also add a pinch salt. Cook the rice until it is tender. When you cook you should look after that each grain of rice should get separate. Add some cold water in to the rice and drain them clearly. After that heat the oil in the kadai and fry all the vegetables together .Cook the mixture for 3 or 4 minutes. Vegetables should not be over cooked it should be crispy .You can mix salt and pepper in the cooked rice. When you add soya sauce in to the mixture you will get best taste of cook. The best way is to cook the Chinese food for 2 or 3 minutes and serve the mixture in hot.
