Pineapple pickle



Pineapple is the best integral part of sweet and sour sauce. Pineapple helps to prevent blood clot. Pineapple has rich source of vitamin A, C, calcium, phosphorous, potassium, carbohydrates, calories. You might have done different varieties of pickle in different flavors. Here we are introducing new variety of pickle which will ad taste in your food. 





Ingredients:

  • Chili powder- ¼ cup
  • Mustard – 1tsp
  • Pineapple pieces- 1cup
  • Fenugreek powder- 1tsp
  • Lime juice- 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Gingelly oil- 100gm
  • Asafoetida


Method to prepare
Take a frying pan and add oil and heat in a medium flame. In that oil add mustard seeds, and asafetida. In that pan add the pineapple pieces, salt and chili powder. Add the fenugreek seeds make the mixture to stir well. After that turn of the flame .Mix well all the ingredients and add lemon juice. Store it in a tight container.
