Laddu


Laddu is one of the delicious snacks that prepared all over the world. This foodstuff especially prepared in the time of festivals and celebration time. Laddu is distributed as the Prasatham in Hindu temples. 

Almost every people like this sweet food that prepared with semi sweet. Listed below are the ingredients and producers that used to prepare Laddu.





Ingredients for preparing Laddu:
  • one cup of Besan 
  • one cup of pinch Kesari
  • one pinch Cardamom powder 
  • one tbsp of Rice flour 
  • one pinch of Baking Powder 
  • one tbsp of Melon seeds 
  • one tbsp of Broken Cashew nut 
  • two cups of Oil Sugar 
  • one cup of Water

Procedure for preparing Laddu:

  • make the blend with the flour, rice flour, baking powder and color
  • Have the smooth thick batter and heat the oil. Now take the batter and pour it above a sieve with round holes
  • Hit it gently with a spoon so that small balls of dough fall into the oil. Compose the balls and keep away. With the High temperature the sugar and water till reaches half thread consistency
  • Have the kesari melon seed and cardamom powder and fried boondies. When the blend is still warm make into balls. Bondi Ladoo are equipped to serve
  • If the blend cools balls cannot be prepared as the sugar crystallizes
