When comparing with all the bakery products cake tops the first position. Among all the products Black forest cake is the first choice for many people. We can also do black forest cake at eggless mode. We can prepare eggless black forest cake at home in a very easy way.
Ingredients:
• Baking powder-1 tsp
• Butter -125gms
• Cherries- ¼ cup
• Chocolate grated- ½ cup
• Cocoa powder-4 tsp
• Cola drink aerated-200ml
• Cream -1 tsp
• Flour- 225gms
• Sweetened condensed milk- 400gms
Method to be prepared:
Take a big bowl and mix butter and sugar well. After that add the dry ingredients along with the best cola drink and mix well. Now you can transfer all the mixture in the greased plate and cook in the oven for 3 minutes at high level. Switch off the oven and let the mixture be in the oven for 5 minutes. Take the mixture out of the oven and allow the cake to get cool. Cut the cake horizontally. Now take a large bowl whip the cream .Add two layers in the cream. Now apply the grated chocolates and cherries at the top.
