Cooking tips for veg noodles at home


        Noodles is the tastey fast food that liked by every one especially for youths today. On the other hand, it is the simple foodstuff to prepare in the simple mood.

Ingredients for preparing Vegetable Noodles: 
4  cups of boiled and cooled egg noodles or vegetarian noodles
2 cups sliced and blanched mixed vegetables. Take vegtables like carrots, beans, cauliflower,
   baby corn
Tablespoon of bamboo shoots sliced and blanched
Tablespoon of mushrooms sliced
Teaspoon of chopped garlic
2  teaspoon of chopped ginger
2  teaspoon of soy sauce
2  teaspoon of oyster sauce (it is an optional one)
Tablespoon of oil  (needed)
2  spring of chopped onions
salt to taste (needed)
pepper (needed)

Procedure for preparing veg noodles: 


  • Chuck the boiled noodles with some amount of oil so that they do not become sticky 
  • Heat the oil in a pan and briefly stir the chopped ginger and garlic and then mix in the noodles,  where all the vegetables and toss them well. Add the sauces, salt and pepper with that mixture. Flip the noodles on high heat for about three minutes ensuring the vegetables are crunchy 
  • Supply hot garnished noodles with chopped spring onions
