Spicy Potato and egg rice

No one can imagine a vegetable without potatoes added to it. Potatoes have good carbohydrate contents and add a little weight gaining principle over that. Dreaded deficiency disease caused by the lack of vitamin C can be cured by means of potatoes. Egg has good protein content. In which it has lots of vitamins and minerals attached to it. Here we are going to catch up a new recipe in best flavors. 

Ingredients:

  • Cashews-5
  • Cumin-1 tsp
  • Red chilly-6
  • Oil- 4 tsp
  • Onion slice-1
  • Potatoes-2 big cubes
  • Chilly powder-2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Rice- 1 cup 
  • Water 2 ½ cup
  • Eggs- 2

Method to prepare:

Take a kadai Pour oil in that adds jeera, cashews, and red chilly. Saute the mixture gently and add onions. Ginger garlic paste should be added art this time and cut all the potatoes in the mixture well. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt to this mixture. Saute this mixture for 3 minutes and ad rice t5o this mixture to get best blend of flavor. Coat the mixture with rice and then 2 ½ cups of water. Close and cook this mixture for 10 minutes. Scramble the eggs with turmeric pinch added with salt neatly. Add all the scrambled egg to this rice mixture well and mix it properly. Serve hot with best raita and potato chips.
