Omelette can be prepared in many varieties. This is a different variety with nutritious vegetables and mushroom. Egg is rich in protein and it is very good for health. Here we give you the preparation detail about new Omelette stuffed.
Ingredients:
- Egg-3
- Mushroom-7
- Vegetables boiled- ½ cup
- Cheese (grated)- 3 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper powder
Method to prepare Omelette:
Wash all the mushrooms well with boiled water, strain the water well and keep the mushroom aside. Now heat the frying pan in very low flame beat the eggs well and pour the mixture in the pan. Now put all the vegetables, mushroom, pepper powder, mushroom and fold the omelette in the pan. Serve with rice.
