Mushroom biriyani the nutritious food


Mushroom is healthy food in which it helps to get relief from cholesterol level, breast cancer, and diabetes and prostrate cancer. If you want your health to get loss of eight you can consume healthy mushroom foods. Here we are going to show the preparation of mushroom biriyani. This recipe is very easy to do and time consuming.

 Ingredients:
  • Basmati rice-5 cups
  • Oil/ghee- ¾ cups
  • Mushroom -2lbs
  • Lemon -1 
  • Ginger-3 tsp
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Onion-3
  • Tomatoes- 4
  • Soya sauce- 2tsp
  • Chilly powder-2 tsp
  • Coriander powder-3 tsp
  • Cardamon-3
  • Cinnamon-3
  • Cloves-3
  • Salt
  • Mint leaves
  • Cilantro

Method to prepare:
Soak the basmati rice for 1 hour. Wash and cut all the mushroom into pieces .It is better you cut all the pieces into big pieces.  Cut all the onions, chilies and tomatoes into small pieces. Grind all the mixture together cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, garlic, cloves as a paste. Turn on the flame and Heat the oil/ ghee well. Fry all the masalas and onion well till it becomes golden brown. Add all the ingredients and mushroom well for 10 minutes. Add 7 cups of water and allow boiling and adding the soaked rice and stirring well when the rice and the water level are the same. Cook for 15 minutes in the pressure cooker.
