Roti mix onion adds different taste


Cooking makes different in taste and flavor. Roti are the most favorable dish prepared by many people. People who love roti can make a change in their dish by adding different ingredients. 

Ingredients:
  • Green chillies-2(chopped)
  • Onion-1(chopped)
  • Coriander-2 tsp(chopped)
  • Anardana- ½ tsp
  • Chili powder- ½ tsp
  • Salt 

Method:
Put some salt in the onion and keep the mixture aside for 10 minutes. Now roast the anardana lightly in the tawa and make a fine powder of it. Now also add onion, coriander, chili powder, green chilies. When you start the process divide the stuffing into 8 equal parts. Roll the dough in cigar shape and then the round the dough like a small coil and press gently in the hand. Before you do these processes brush the dough with little oil. Take the tawa and cook with medium heat roll the thick roti in the pan till it becomes ready to get. When the brown spot appears in the roti immediately taken out and ready to serve.
