Gobi Manchurian the taste of vegetarian




Gobi means cauliflower. The first place to introduce Gobi Manchurian is china later it started to spread in India .Now in all menu charts we can see Gobi Manchurian tops in position. This can be added with rice or chapatti. Now we can see a brief preparation about Gobi that is mentioned below.




Ingredients:
Cauliflower (should be cleaned well, broken into big florettes)
Plain flour -1/4 cup
Spring Onion: 1 small bunch
Corn flour 3tsp
Ginger 2 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Red chili powder ¼ tsp
Red chilies 2 nos
Milk 1 tsp
Oil 3tsp
Water 1 ½ cup

Method to be prepared:
Take the florettes and boil for 3 to 4 minutes in plenty of water. Add one teaspoon of milk and mix the ingredients. Drain and pat dry the mixture with clean cloth. Add one teaspoon of cornflour and flour and make it a thin batter in that you can add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and salt. Now dip the florettes in the batter and fry one by one in the oil and keep it aside. After that add ginger garlic, red chili and fry for a minute in the remaining oil. Now add spring onions and salt and fry for minute. Add 1 ½ cup of water and dissolve the mixture well. Boil the gravy well till it becomes transparent. Add all the florettes and soya sauce in the mixture. Boil the mixture for 6 minutes and remove from the fire. Serve hot.
