Grapes and carrots roasted recipe


Grapes and carrots have lots of vitamins and minerals. Grapes are the healthiest food that cures diseases like asthma, Heart diseases, Indigestion, fatigue and breast cancer. Carrots also have good source of vitamins which helps to reduce eye sight problems.

Ingredients:
  • Red seedless grapes-2 pounds
  • Baby carrots packed and peeled-16 ounce
  • Red onion-1
  • Olive oil- 2 tsp
  • Ground cumin-1 tsp
Method to prepare:
Now preheat the oven for 375 degrees F. Now line a baking sheet in the aluminum foil. Now toss all the grapes, carrots, and red onions in olive oil to coat. Sprinkle the whole mixture in a baking sheet. Roast all the preheat oven until the carrots get soften about 15 to 25 minutes.
