- Big Onion-7
- Cornflour-2 tsp
- Egg-1
- Ginger garlic – ½ tsp
- Green chillie-6
- Lamp- 1000 grams
- Salt to taste
- Chilli powder- ¼ tsp
Method to make lamp cutlet:
Clean the lamp well neatly and drain all the water. Now grind ginger garlic paste with green chilli. Now heat the oil in the kadai and add garam masala and fry the onions in the kadai. Fry the onions till golden brown to get the best flavor. Immediately add the ground lamb and put some chilli powder and fry well. Fry the mixture well till the oil leaves in the mixture. Keep the mixture cool for some time. Add corn flour and beaten eggs mix it well. Flatten the meat in little portions. Pick some bread crumps and dip the flatten meat and fry well.
