Vegetable Kurma


Vegetable kurma is the favorable dish that served along with the combination of Chapathi or Puri or Parota. Most of them like to taste it often because it comprises healthy vegetables along with fine masala taste.

Ingredients for vegetable kurma:
  • Three Potatoes peeled
  • Half cup of Peas              
  • Two chopped Carrots            
  • Ten or fifteen Green Beans       
  • Half cup of Yogurt             
  • One tsp of any Flour          
  • One tsp of Butter             
  • Salt To taste.

Ingredients to Grind:
  • Half cup of Coconut          
  • One tsp of Poppy seeds      
  • Ten Cashew nuts Raw   
  • Half cup of chopped Onion            
  • One Garlic           
  • Cilantro leaves little amount 
  • Green Chillies three or four

Procedure for Vegetable Kurma:
  • Chop the mentioned vegetables in equal size and neat
  • Cook in two cup of water till almost done
  • Fry all the chopped vegetables with ghee
  • Add grinded blend into it 
  • Add Butter and regulate the seasonings
  • Serve the dish along with any variety of rice/rotis / chapathi /puri
