Heat the oil in a pan sauté all eth onions, green chilies. Turn off the flame .Take a large bowl and mix all the shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper, and garam masala well. Blend it gently. Divide equal lemon sized balls and press little in your palm. Dip the balls in the egg white and then dip again the balls in the bread crumbs and fry till it becomes deep fry. Serve the chicken cutlet with tomato ketchup.
