Tips for preparing Chana Masala

        Obviously, Chana is delicious food for all the humans beyond their ages. Each and every one likes to taste the food that made with the aid of Chana. Needed Ingredients:
       Chick peas - 2 cups
       Onions - 3                    
       Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
       Tomato - 1
       Green chilies - 3
       Ginger - 1/2 inch, chopped
       Oil - 2 tsp
       Chana Masala - 2 tsp
       Mint (pudhina) leaves - 10 leaves

Procedure:
 • Chop onion, tomato and capsicum to immense chunk. All along with ginger and
    garlic grind them to paste along with the water.

• Add the oil and cumin seeds in the hot pan and fry it until raw smells of veggies are gone. At the
   same time, you want to make your glance on the mixture that becomes thick and changes to
   dark color.
 
• Further include spices and jaggery and then mix well.

• Now add cooked or canned chickpeas and also add enough water and cook on medium heat for
   not less than 10 minutes or so until all the flavors combines well.

• Decorate with a small number of cilantro leaves and red onions on the top
