Chill out summer by fresh juice


        
      Drinking juice regularly can help to get rid of all the junk food with no longer needs which will help you to prevent from various digestive problems such as colitis, ulcers and IBS. Here I will give you a different taste of recipe that can be prepared by Aloe Vera.



Recipe 1:

Healthy drink:                                   

Ingredients:
• 2 Green apples
• 2 carrots
• 1 tablespoon Aloe Vera pulp
• 1 Orange peeled.



Method to prepare:        
        Cut the carrots, apples and orange into pieces. Blend them into a juice. After that add Aloe Vera. Serve Chill.

Recipe 2:

Yellow Lemon:

Ingredients:
 • 1 Lemon
 • 1 apple
 • 1 cucumber
 • 2 tablespoon Aloe Vera pulp.


 Method to prepare:   
         Blend the cucumber and apple to juice. Then add lemon juice into the mixture. Cut the Aloe Vera into two and scoop out 2 pulps and add it to the mixture.


Recipe 3:                                          

Medicinal Juice

Ingredients:
• Aloe Vera
• Water

Method to prepare:
     Take few Aloe Vera and cut them into pieces long .Put this into the pot to boil. Do not over heat. Off the flame and let it cool for an hour. Take out the plant pieces and drink only the water. This  juice have many medicinal benefits with best taste.
