Chapatti is the delicious food. It is a North Indian dish liked by all the people. It can be prepared for the morning breakfast and also in dinner. North Indian People include chapatti with rice. Chapatti has less cholesterol easily digestible. Many different varieties of chapatti can be prepared. Here I am going to show a new variety of sweet chapatti that makes you blend in taste

Mix together

4 cups Indian whole wheat flour

One and a half teaspoons salt

One and a half tablespoon vegetable oil

About 1 – 1 ¼ cups warm water (enough for a knead able dough)

Knead the dough and leave aside for atleast half hour (ideally for 1-2 hours). After one hour punch the dough and knead again without any more water.

Make lemon sized balls and dip each one into dry whole wheat flour and roll out very thin.

Sprinkle one uncooked chapatti with crystallized sugar.

Cover the sugared chapatti with a plain, uncooked chapatti.

Press around the edges with your fingers and roll out the pair a little more to bond the two pieces.

Cook the chapatti in a pan.

You can now serve hot.
