Magnificent taste of Mutton cauliflower


Cauliflower is a good source of vitamin C, manganese, vitamin K and omega-3 fatty acids which help you to get rid of many health problems. Cauliflower is a very good source of proteins, potassium and phosphorus. Mutton has good source of protein content, zinc, iron. Vegetables have good source of vitamins and minerals. Here we give you the best preparation of Mutton cauliflower.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower- 225 grams
  • Chilly powder- 5 grams
  • Coriander powder- 10 grams
  • Oil- 30 grams
  • Onion- 115 grams
  • Ginger- small
  • Salt
  • Tomatoes chopped- 115 grams
  • Turmeric- ½ tsp
  • Yogurt- 55 grams
  • Mutton- 500 grams

Method to prepare:
Clean the mutton neatly and cut the mutton into small pieces and then add t eh cauliflower into small pieces and florets. Cut all the onions into small pieces until it is golden brown. Add all the mutton pieces, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and fry for 6 minutes. Also add tomato and yogurt. Cook all the tomatoes until it gets tender. Now in this mixture add all the cauliflower, chilly powder, salt and cook well until the water evaporates. Serve hot with fried rice.
