Egg Omelette in Oysters


Omelette can be prepared in many varieties. This delicious food adds different flavors and taste. Time taken to prepare this dish is very less. Here we can see the preparation details

Ingredients:


  • Water 2 cups
  • Sweet potato flour 
  • Garlic chopped -1 tsp
  • Oyster’s baby-13 to 17 fresh 
  • Fish sauce – 1 tsp
  • Eggs medium sized -3
  • Coriander- 1 bunch
  • Chilies chopped -1 tsp

Method to prepare:
Take the flour and dissolve in water. Take the garlic and fry neatly. And stir well in the dissolved flour don’t stop stirring when the mixture gets harder end and some what brown add all the eggs together and scramble well. Mix some of the cut and cooked vegetables with cooled sauce and black shrimp paste in the large bowl that can be mixed together. Now sprinkle the fish sauce and then add oysters. Garnish with best chilies and coriander. Serve with garlic sauce for dipping.
