Vegetable Cutlet

Vegetables are good for health. Of course, vegetables are rich in minerals, vitamins and the list goes on. If you afford the vegetables to children then they won’t take much. But if you prepare snacks along with vegetables all of them consume it in huge amount. At the same time, it will strengthen your health. Here you can go through the simple procedures for preparing the cutlet using vegetables by an excellent approach.

Duration for the Preparation: One hour fifteen minutes


Ingredients for preparing vegetable cutlet:

  • One cup sliced Carrot
  • One cup of sliced Potatoes
  •  Half cup of sliced Green beans
  • Half cup of Sweet peas
  • Half cup of chopped Onion
  • Garlic and ginger paste one tsp 
  • Coriander leaves three tsp
  • One tsp of Dhania powder
  • One tsp of Chilli powder
  • Two cups of Bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste 
Procedures for Vegetable cutlet: 
  • Boil all the vegetables that mentioned above 
  • Smash the boiled vegetables
  • Then fry the chopped onion, ginger and garlic paste, dhania powder and chili powder until it turn brownish Blend the smashed vegetables with above mixture
  • Roll the blend with bread crumb
  • Fry the rolled blend into the hot oil until it turn into dark brown
  • Now the vegetable cutlet is ready to serve.
