Vermicelli Kesari


It is the favorite dish that prepared especially in the regions of South India. This Kesari has been preparing during the time of festivals. Each and every one may desire to taste this dish again and again. When we consume it, it will gently dissolve from our tongue. For best and instant preparation of Kesari with aid of vermicelli are mentioned below.

Ingredients for preparing vermicelli kesari:

  • One cup of Vermicelli 
  • Two cup of Sugar 
  • Two cups of Water 
  • One cup of Ghee 
  • Cashew nuts in 8 nos.
  • Four Pista
  • Five Badam
  • Two Cardamoms 
  • Four dry grapes of Kismis 
  • petite Kesari color 

Procedure for preparing vermicelli kesari: 
  • Take a heavy bottomed pan and heat along with two cups of water
  • permit it to boil and add a bit of kesari color, color belong to your choice
  • When the water initiate to boiling append samiya and remain stirring for 2 minutes and add samiya gradually in permanent flow even as stirring
  • nowadays add the sugar and carry on stirring
  • Then insert the remaining ghee, cardamom powder and shared well
  • To end add garnish with roasted nuts and serve up hot
